Kitten Wellness Package
Our Kitten Wellness Package provides comprehensive preventive care to help your kitten get the healthiest possible start.
Package Includes
- Three comprehensive kitten wellness examinations
- FeLV, FIV, and heartworm (Triple SNAP) screening
- Core kitten vaccinations, including:
- FVRCP vaccination series
- Feline Leukemia vaccination series
- Rabies vaccination
- Two fecal parasite screenings
- Routine deworming as medically indicated
- One complimentary Revolution® sample (subject to veterinarian approval and product eligibility)

Our Puppy and Kitten Wellness Packages are intended for healthy pets receiving routine preventive care.
Please note:
- Packages cover only the preventive services specifically listed.
- Illnesses, injuries, medications, diagnostics, emergency care, and treatments outside the package are billed separately.
- Packages are non-refundable once purchased.
- Services should be completed before your pet reaches six months of age unless a veterinarian documents a medical scheduling exception.
- Vaccinations and services are provided according to your veterinarian’s recommendations and may be adjusted if medically appropriate.

Frequently Asked Questions
When should I enroll my puppy or kitten?
We recommend enrolling as soon as possible so your pet has time to receive all included services. Wellness package benefits must be used before your pet reaches 6 months of age.
Are wellness packages the same as pet insurance?
No. A wellness package is not pet insurance. It is a collection of select in-house preventive care services that are prepaid at a discounted package rate.
What happens if my pet becomes sick during the package?
Wellness package benefits are designed for routine puppy and kitten preventive care. Sick visits, medical treatment, medications, and diagnostic testing are not included and will result in additional charges. Package wellness exams cannot be applied toward a sick-pet examination.
Can I transfer the package to another pet?
No. Each wellness package is purchased for the specific pet listed on the enrollment form. Services and benefits cannot be transferred to another pet or shared with other pets in the household.
