Our small animal hospital is looking for a friendly, honest, team-oriented individual with a can-do attitude to join our team!
This full-time position (with flexibility) will assist our clients and their furry friends with questions regarding our services and procedures and pricing, scheduling appointments, arranging for the appropriate care for their pet, sending reminders to clients, providing treatment plans with pricing, following up with new clients, and various other projects that help us and our tech team provide a great experience for our clients and their pets.
It’s essential that this individual can provide excellent customer service, computer and phone skills, keep a great attitude under pressure, manage multiple tasks at the same time and have fun doing it. Please leave the drama at home. Be respectful of clients, patients and your peers.
This position will be scheduled Monday through Friday. Customer service experience preferred, veterinary clinic experience required.

Pay: Competitive and dependent on experience
To keep staff and clients safe we are only offering curbside appointments at this time. We are also requiring team members to wear masks at all times and to frequently wash their hands throughout the work day.
