Vet Assistant Wanted to Join a Close-Knit Team of Animal Lovers
Pleasant Pet Care is seeking a full-time vet assistant to join our high-spirited staff in providing compassionate, exceptional veterinary care and customer service to the Mt. Pleasant, SC-area pet population.
Our two new energetic doctors have turned what was once a spay and neuter clinic into a full-fledged, full-service hospital equipped with the latest in digital radiology, in-house Idexx blood machines, a therapy laser, and more. We’re looking for a few new veterinary assistants who want to help us continue to grow the practice.

Should we hire you, your duties will include assisting doctors in surgery and in exam rooms for both wellness and non-wellness appointments, taking radiographs, performing therapy laser treatments, pulling blood, placing IV catheters, filling prescriptions, helping answer phones and scheduling appointments.
The successful candidate will have five years’ veterinary assistant experience. We’d prefer two years in customer service as well, but we’re willing to train if you’re a customer service rock star!
